Sometimes it pays more to not be so hard on yourself....take it easier, change the perspective!Try to look to yourself from other point of view.This might help!We got used to ourself too much...and so we become too hard on ourselves. we grow and grow our expectations from us and from our life!But what we keep on forgetting is that the entire world around us is changing continuously..and that even us are changing...The problem is that we tend to keep the same expectations from us, the same image of ourselves and we forget about the changing in us!So change the view, change the situations, start making some jokes on you, laugh more and well, maybe you will see the things clearer!
